In my late 40's - PMO habit since my early teens (pre-internet). I'm in a relationship & my partner is aware of my problem.
I thought I'd set myself a challenge for 2 weeks (my longest previous streak was 15 days, but recently I've barely managed a few days).
It would be great if anyone would like to join me, I'm also looking for an accountability partner but not sure how to set this up.....

4 days today. I’m using a free “Reboot - overcome porn App” by George Moussa - I’ve found it really useful - for some reason I can’t see my daily count on NoFap but the above app tracks this. Also started meditating and have attended some meditation classes at my local monastery which has also been very helpful. I won’t deny it’s been difficult though and at times my short term memory has been crap....

Day 7 today, feeling pleased but it’s been challenging, perhaps more challenging than when I first lasted 15 days. However I had a few strong urges today “go on just have a peek etc” is what my mind was saying, I did however resist, I’ve had a really productive day because of this.
