    Hi, greetings from the Thames Valley! The last time I was on NoFap was in 2014. I don't think Groups existed then. My Reboot then had its ups and downs but I succeeded. Things have slipped then though, so I'm rebooting my reboot - journal here [link].
    Would really appreciate some local support, and I hope I can help some of you on your journeys too.
