can you tell if a person is good or evil by the way they look?
Probably not. Why?
I think in some cases you can, yes. I've had my fair share of suspicions about people based on their looks that turned out to be true.
I think there are an equal amount of dangerous-looking people that have a heart of gold, and also virtuous-looking people that are bad. Therefore, I don't think there's any concrete correlation between appearances and behavior.
If someone is 'evil' or has bad intentions, you can usually see it in their eyes. They say the eyes are the window to the soul, and in a lot of ways that seems to be the truth.
I've heard of the expression but I've never actually noticed things like that in people's eyes. Maybe it's just me.
No, I think you may have suspicions about the character of a person based on their looks but to categorically say whether someone is good or evil seems a step too far imo
Yes. It's easier for some people. Some people can tell regardless of how they look as well.
Our instincts warn us when we see a person if they are bad or not, but it's not from sight alone. We pick up other body language cues and context. We are alerted to red flags during conversations. But I do think that we just judge with bias and prejudice.
I dont think it is ehical to judge a man by his looks
I don't think so. At least, I often can't. And I don't think most others can do it reliably. Just look at some of the people they send to Washington!
