        Hello Abrar nice to meet you :) What I would advice you is to set goals in your life and to start reach ONE simple goal at first. Like go sleep early or to go to the gym etc.. When you first have reached this simple goal you will feel better. We all will be get rid of PMOs I believe in that :) If you need any help just ask me
