    Hi, I have 17 years old and I start to watch porn when I was 13 and since then I never stop more than a week or two. After every time I watch porn because told myself:"I need to stop" , but I couldn't.
    Then I grow up and I want to have a girlfriend and I saw that something is wrong with me. I have social skills problems! Because of my addiction to pornography and masturbation I didn't have a girlfriend, a good part of my life is full with these embarrassments moments when I stay for hours and watch porn, which is destroying myself from inside to outside; and I will have those moments stamped in my mind forever .
    Right now I realize that I need to make some changes and never ever do PMO again. I DON'T WANT TO BE ADDICTED TO ANYTHING ANYMORE! I want to change my lifestyle and in my new life, I don't have any place for such behavior.
    I would do everything that I could to never watch porn and masturbate, and I would Never Give Up!
