this will sound funny but the sensation of drinking water is similar to the sensation of peeing! drink plenty of water and deceive your body
Drink water when you feel very horny ! this is a practical tip ! Do it n u'll understand Y XD remember : Do it only when you feel horny XD
I prefer the discomfort of a few minutes under the cold water than several days after a relapse XD
DAY 16 ( Wednesday here in brazil ) and i'm feeling very good :)
DAY 12 here in brazil ( Saturday ) Take cold showers using a bucket at 1:00 , 4:00 N before the time you go to bed !
