Day 13 Peace in my heart

Day12 After doing martial art today, the effects of brain fog is reduced, even though I'm physically tired. Sounds a good deal, bro!

Day 11 Brain fog remains unchanged. Takes time to recover.

Day 10 Go swimming again, trying to use the reserved energy in a positive way. Maybe swimming can become my habit in the coming future.

Day 9 I disabled all the incognito mode in every web browser I have (Chrome & Safari on Mac and Window). Hope it works as a barrier to p.

@anewlifestylechoice Hope the new day and new choice to fight the battle afresh is progressing? So happy that we can all learn lessons from falling and standing up stronger. :)

Restart counter. Not the posts date here, as an encouragement. I immed. recorded all my symptoms and thoughts after my conscious back yst.

I was once thinking not to say I relapsed.I hesitated,maybe because I know there is an expectation on every single member of this community.

Day 7 There are lots of temptation on the street. Still, I managed to pull my eyesight back on the road. Stay Strong!

Day 6 Work for the future! Cure ED before finding my significant other! Happy Father's Day!

Day 5 Having dinner with my cousins :) Found a website with more new jobs thread in it. Gonna try it tonight!

Day 4 Quite busy today. No time to think about p!

Day 3 Swimming again. Besides, I'm still looking for jobs. Kinda depressed, but swimming makes me feel better now (Flexed Biceps)!

Day 2 I go swimming, do ironing, mopping the floor, clean the toilet in my house and have a reading break afterward.

Day 1 I feel more energized after swimming for 30 minutes!
