Therapist meeting went great. Was really easy to talk to and totally made me feel like i wasn't alone. Expensive but worth the money i feel.

  Assuming you are seeing a therapist for your PMO issue? If so, is this someone who understands addiction pretty well? I started seeing one a few years ago and found that the addiction aspect (and understanding why I became addicted) was crucial in moving forward.

  Using Covenant Eyes. I did have the filter on to block sites and it worked well. But I just have reporting now. I find that if you have a good AP, just reporting to them may be enough.
