Hi,
I've been trying to get out of fapping for several years. A heavy relapser and self blamer. I've been having ED for some time now and can't get it up unless there is a porn trigger.
I've come here to quit... Mainly because.. I want to give my gf pleasure, I do want to show her my love.... I care about her.
I am 31 years old now.... been watching porn since age of 15. Now after realising that i have become a compulsive masturbator, .... porn is one definite reason.

Had tried various yoga, meditation techiniques...
They do help... but the mind keeps relapsing.
