I'm working home office. When urges hit me or I feel I'm starting to slip into browsing IG for example, I get up from my chair. Stretch a little. Maybe move into a standing working position. And I've gotten used to doing kegel exercises whenever urges hit as an automatic coping mechanism. That way I rather do something good for my sexuality than something bad.
Anyone have any tips on how to stay motivated? I've been in a cycle recently where I relapse at around 2 weeks.
