I am a former brony and furry. I masturbated to this material for a little over seven years. Before joining NoFap, I had taken serious steps towards recovery for a year. Not having made much recovery despite many different alterations in approach, I've decided to give NoFap my best. I find the community-minded atmosphere of this approach logically conducive to success. If I find it difficult to build self-respect on my own, it is possible that I can build it while celebrating the accomplishments of others alongside my own.
