I've been masturbating for 12 years regularly multiple times a day. I've lost my hair, lots of hair on my body, bad posture, bent penis, premature ejaculation, anger, frustration, no love in my heart all because of masturbation. I have felt the effects of it from day 1, I've been trying to quit ever since I started but failed miserably every time. I can truly say I have ruined my life so far because of Masturbation. My week mind is my worst enemy. There was a time or two when I didn't masturbate for little while and those were the happiest days of my life. I am totally helpless.
