  You don't have to come every day. You can track your days in several ways, the tracker, a spreadsheet, etc. If you use the search button, you should be able to find different options.

  Hi buddy, welcome here. No you don't need to come here every day. once you set your day counter it will count the days automatically till the day you update it (when you relapse) which I hope you will never update it ;) Congrats on your first day of PMO free life, keep strong, Keep clean.

You are on this forum means that you like us are addicted to PMO .Though the initial stage will be a bit difficult but with time eventually , you will learn why not to emasculate your vital energies in stuffs because with time you will learn why to preserve those vital elements in your body .
