My name is not Joy Black, haha, I’m the girlfriend of a porn addict. I’ve been in this relationship for a little over year and a half. 10 months ago I was driving my boyfriend home from a medical procedure and he was under the influence of medication, it must’ve helped him to get his courage up because he told me he was addicted to porn. Over time he’s told me more, like, most recently that he edged to porn over 4 hours a day since he was very young. He’s also a former addict of other drugs(I’ve known this since the beginning) and has completely turned his life around through 12 step programs. He’s a body builder and has gone back to school. We had a great relationship…had… in the beginning he was aggressive in bed(which I loved) now he barely touches me and claims it’s because I trigger him. He’s flatlining, so that’s also happening. I am a curvy overweight stylish gal(I’d say I’m quite beautiful but not skinny), with a lot of insecurities from my youth when I was told constantly that I needed to lose weight to attract a man. So you can imagine with me gaining weight during the pandemic and now my boyfriend is less and less attentive it hurts and so I’m here.
