I hv been trying to leave this habit for very long time because it has caused many social and health problems for me.
It has increased my social anxiety especially around women.
I rarely hv a close relationship with anyone even in my family.I feel exhausted most of the time and unmotivated.
In short I want to recover from this bad habit and develop new good habits...

My behaviour with porn and masturbation has reached such a point that I feel no control over it whenever I am triggered.yesterday when I relapsed after a month approx. I felt very much fearful bcoz I could nt stop myself.And I hv discovered that if I dont stop I may masturbate uncontrollable.
Any advice regarding PMO recovery especially how to overcome sexual thoughts and fantasies shall be accepted.
