I'm a porn addict, I'm a sex addict.. These addictions do not go away, the temptations to indulge NEVER go completely away. What happens instead my friend is you get stronger, you eventually come to a point where you can abstain from PMO and you keep getting stronger in your ability to control your decisions and actions.

Your in a battle my friend. You have to start taking drastic measures to protect yourself and your mind from getting tempted and tripped up again. Install filters, content blockers, attend meetings, read and study as much as you can find about sexual and pornography addictions. Get yourself educated and motivated and start taking control.

If you don't gain back some ground on this, if you don't somehow manage to start being able to take control over this area of your life it's just going to go on and on and ultimately get worse and worse. YOU need to start retraining your body and your mind.

I have seen several postings that mention "Willpower". It takes much more than "willpower" my friend. You will need personal Commitment and Conviction to overcome this.

Here are 11 points that I have come to accept and practice every day in my battle.

    1) Recognize, accept and admit that you have an addiction.
    2) Do whatever it is you need to do to eliminate your access to porn or whatever triggers you suffer.
    3) Install filters, get rid of any porn in any form you have stored or hidden.
    4) Cancel memberships to any sites. publications or subscriptions that tempt you or lead you astray.
    5) Feeling tempted? Find other constructive activities to occupy your time and mind. Boredom and inactivity are your greatest enemy.
    6) Read and study as much as you can about sex and pornography addictions. Get yourself educated and motivated and start taking control.
    7) Be honest with yourself and accept that you will falter and fail yourself.
    8) Learn from your mistakes and get better with each and every attempt.
    9) Do not give up on yourself, Never stop trying...
    10) Never forget that you are an addict and will ALWAYS be weak in the face of temptation.
    11) Accept that There's no "100% Cure". Only your ability to re-program your mind, re-train your body and your choices.

This is a serious, difficult, physical, emotional and mature self improvement project. Success will change your life...
