        Maybe the better question is, if a reboot is supposed to make you have a healthy brain/attitude when it comes to sex; What is a healthy attitude to sex? How will I know if I've fixed my brain?

        You'll be much less interested in porn, much more interested in sex. You won't seek sex "just to get off," but you will also be interested in sex because of its intimacy. You will objectify people of your preferred sex much less... you won't want to have sex with them just because they look good... but because you are interested in them as a person.
