I hit 50 years of age and lost my girlfriend in part due to my fapping. I read "Your Brain On Porn" and finally saw that I'd been living in denial about my porn use and addiction.
As someone who has beaten addictions to video games, cigarettes, pot and other recreational drugs, alcohol and food - I finally realised that all I've ever done is move from one addiction to the next and that porn is the last and maybe biggest of them all.
I look forward to the challenge of finally being addiction free!
