I am still moving towards my goal of ending this addiction but slowly and I still have lot of space for improvement-

It's like, I do 5 steps forward then 3 steps back then another 5 steps forward and another 3 steps back.

It will be circa 1 month since I decided to start doing something with my problem.

Yes it's a long process, there are ups and downs and I wish it would be easier, but you just have to keep going.

Well, my last posts here were really enthusiastic because I felt really happy about my results. Since then I relapsed few times

And those are exactly things which you need to do those changes to make your life better, Porn is just escape from problems , escape to hell

Just stopping porn won't make you always happy I think. But it will provide you with time, motivation and energy

Most of guys here struggle with various problems like loneliness, all kind of depression etc. And choose porn as escape from those things

Because just leaving porn without changing things in your life won't automatically make you happy I think

Also since I left those cam sites I did some changes in my personal life as well which greatly contributed on how happy I am now

So yeah, I did just small step and I have ton of work still to do. But the feeling I have now is definatelly worth continuing the journey

It's like comming from the dark to light, comming from deep depression and life you hated to realisation that life can be beautiful

I don't remember during last 6 years a day when I felt so happy, so much in control of my life just having smile on my face for no reason

And the feeling that I have because of it now it absolutely unbelievable. Seriously I never felt the way how I feel now during last 6 years

So even tho I relapsed and kind of felt ashamed of myself because of it shortly after... I managed to escape my biggest problem

It will be now month since I deleted those accounts. I've been on those sites non stop since 2014, spending many hours every single say

And even tho I relapsed many times and did PMO in past week or so, I never ruturned back to creating new account and those cam sites

My problem was different than problem of most guys here. My problem was cam site addiction, not just regular porn

To be honest I relapsed, I relapsed many times since the last post. But it's important to understand that my problem

So far 6 days no "P" and 2 days no "PMO". It wasn't easy but I already feel like I am doing progress in many areas of my life.
