    I am just a guy who has been struggling since a long time to overcome this problem,
    the reasons are that I am a Christians and feel alienated from God when doing this, then I am in a relationship with a girl and feel this is some sort of a treason, moreover I just feel ashamed with myself and think I could spend this energies to better the world around me rather than indulging in this pointless nonsense.
