For 17 years I have made masturbation when I was 12. Now I am 27. I started doing masturbation with porn when I was 18. There were lots of times I told myself that I must quit masturbation. But I failed. I tried and then failed. I tried and failed. Now I am doing hate myself. I am totally fed up with me. Every time I cried why I am not being succeeded . I got a lot of trouble physically and mentally for this hateful work. I got lost ,my valuable time and opportunity. I don't concentrate on my goal and time is flowing. 1 month ago I promised myself that I won't do that again. Every day passed and I feel much confident and better from last many years. But at the day of 16 I got back again and continue my masturbation with watching porn. But yesterday I , told me that enough , now be stopped. Today I crossed without doing anything. No porn, no masturbation. Everybody please pray for me that I will do never this sin. Today 17th march 2020
