Burnout is killing me slowly. I feel it in my aching muscles now daily

No worst feeling than relapsing right after a fast. I'll just get up and try to do better moving forward

Some days I feel like this habit will send me to hell despite all my fighting. I always feel like my salvation is at risk

I'm tired. Reaching new lows in this addiction while everyone on the outside thinks I'm strong. I'm not going to break, but I'm feeling weak, and despite trying to open up or find the "right people", I still feel alone.

I feel the closest I've ever been to giving up. I won't give up, it's not an option, but I feel dangerously close to doing so.

I know I'm not alone, but many days, it feels like I am. Maybe this is God's refinement, crushing me to my core to rebuild me in His image.
