Just beat my PB of 28 days

I´m currently extremely stressed. Used PMO to deal with it and don't know what to do anymore. I'm just so stressed out. I feel weak.

Eight days in. I feel like I'll actually reach ten for the second time ever this streak. SO excited.

relapsed today at 10 am again. I need to think about this more seriously. I struggle with my brain rationalizing relapses. "c'mon only one "
