    It's all just based on age. Looks like you're there in "20-24" now, so go for it and create a thread. The easiest ones to follow include your username and the word "journal" in the title, and then add any motivation/goal/battlecry, like "Tradamus journal: Onwards to Victory" =)

    p.s. Getting involved in other people's journal is also highly encouraged. Especially if you can find those with similar backgrounds, or, better, similar goals.

    And, please do use the other threads where appropriate.. self-improvement, relapse reports, and so forth. There's lots to do. If you keep a daily or weekly status entry going on your profile, you'll expose yourself to lots of likes, as well!
