Yeah, I’ve been following the “no phone in bed” rule for a while and it’s been really helpful. Those two other rules you mentioned could definitely be something to try out though.

This is a very old post, but I'm interested in this idea. Controlling my sexual desires (especially in a situation like sleeping oh my stomach) is something I've barely even tried, since I doubt I can get very far.
I initially started NoFap because of the benefits it claimed to come with: Increased confidence, less anxiety, etc. But what I've also heard is that a lot of them are definitely not guaranteed. If there's something I'm missing, I really want to be aware of it, because if Nofap is worth it I want...
