Sexual dreams are normal and can be a major trigger. I had one a month ago about this woman, who we used to have the major hots for each other in the past. The next day I fapped. What I learned from this experience is the desire was temporary . I no longer fapped on that dream, but realized I wasted valuable time going back on porn .
