Everyday I feel body-ache and tired. I don't do that much workout- just 2 km jog everyday. Not able to focus on anything but still I try to. I say to myself that brain is rewiring and it needs time, don't give up. And that's how I am hanging on.

It will be. I am confident.. because I dont have anything else in my mind.. I dont know what I am going to do if this doesn't work out. So, I am giving my 100 percent to this approach only.

I really cannot say I am not envious of this progress you've had man. Well done! Thats a lot of a momentum that you can keep going with for a long time.

I can understand the part of giving your all - I am in the same predicament. but I am happy to be with you in this journey bro.

May be its a good thing. May be not. I am having this feeling after long time.. afraid of losing.. or may be just anxious and tension is causing this. Don't know what is this but one thing I am sure that I am going to launch my project in next two months completing 100 days of my streak on 31st March

Maybe it is the flatline..anyways, we know that there is no more going back. we may be afraid, anxious..but we keep pushing, keep grinding. Many times, anxiety disappears when we lose ourself in the work. There are going to be fear. we've to learn to outlive it :)

This is where you will have to learn how to, I will say, "navigate" fear and anxiety without giving way to its effects on your mind and physiology. Abstaining means learning how to handle life's situations without the drug. Learn, learn, learn.

I understood that giving instructions to others is useless in such cases. There is something missing in your life, try to find that thing. Really try this. It will be a hard and long journey, but it's worth it.

Only that thing is keeping me strong to face these problems. :-) .But my work ( and obviously the money) is keeping me away from it. But I understand that hardwork is needed irrespective of what/how I feel any day. And this keeps me going..

Depend what is your path.
