Modern doctor: fapping is healthy ..do it guys. Guy: fap fap fap yeahhh.. After few years .. Guy:h shit..im impotent ..such a shame . Modern doctors: buy my effective expensive pills. Next tim you hear you doctor telling you that fapping is good tell him to go fuck himself.
To be honest, my guess is that the doctors who say that either just don't think about that as a result, or more than likely, they just don't have ANY personal experience with sexual addiction. Although, yeah, some of them might be out to risk us falling into addiction just to spend money on them to help us with it. I definitely wouldn't completely count that possibility out of it.
Any doctor that says that is complete dogshit. I wish one said that thing to me("fap is ok"),I would probably spit his face.
There are so many doctors they have a dogshit knowledge. Many times we need to make our own research to avoid taking expensive brain damaging pills.
No one told you to fap yourself into impotency and addiction. There's really nothing wrong with fapping for the average person. But when you're an addict who's fapping everyday/several times a day, an addict who consumes hours of porn and edges on the daily, obviously that's not healthy and no doctor would ever tell you that it is. Pretty much the absolute majority of men fap or used to do so regularly at a certain point in their lives and most of them are perfectly functional human beings and productive members of society. Fapping regularly doesn't guarantee you'd become an addict. We just took it a few steps further. No one's plotting against you to make more money or have "dogshit" knowledge. You're just being irrational.
When it comes to medicine, there's so much misinformation out there that you're better off just looking into something yourself and weighing the information against each other than believing whatever some doctor says.
A doctor is someone who gives you their opinion of what is good for you based on their training and experience. That doesn't guarantee they're going to be right. Doctors can be wrong sometimes, just like any person can be. Maybe it isn't the doctor's fault for being wrong sometimes, but it is our fault for believing everything a doctor says like it is the gospel of Jesus Christ.
But we're talking about doctors recommending you stuff. When he tells you that it's ok/healthy to fap, he's not confirming that it's ok to abuse porn, edge and binge while jerking off for hours on end. At the end of the day, you go down because of your own bad decision making and because you're pretty much out of control. That doesn't happen to most people.
Look..you are trying to blame me ofcourse rather than blaming porn industry which is working 24/7 to create endless porn films including all kinds of brainwashing and edging encouragement . Do you know that there's a whole genre of porn that telling you to edge for hours and hours and hours until you're fucked. Now you might say "why you are watching it in the first place?"..because my FUCKING brain is stupid and just wants dopamine and didn't know about the consequences until shit hits the fan. The doctors know this shit ..the doctors live with us in the 21st century ..they know that internet porn exist and guys are fapping to it and that it's addictive ..they don't tell you that ..they tell you it's completely healthy ..porn industry tells you the same thing . It's our fault yeah. Because "we" are not just the fappers ..we are also the porn producers and the pragmatic doctors . We are fucked as a society and i know that. Im losing hope in humanity. Do you know that 20% of the entire internet is FUCKING porn..thats what we are doing with our technology !!
IMO fap can be ok though, the problem for most of us is the porn aspect/unrealistic fantasy. If we 100% remove that from our life masturbation could very well be a "healthy" activity. It's just risky for us since it could lead some of us down fantasizing and eventually porn again.
Unfortunately we can't just do that . When you relapse you are not like "oh I wanna fap" . You are like"oh I wanna watch some porn" then "oh I wanna fap".
In my case reintroducing masturbation did indeed lead me back into porn, although gradually. So it's not something I would recommend...but it really is a case by case basis. This time I actually am willing to give it a go in the future...why? Because I have really conquered my feelings on this, not watching porn is really "easy" for me now. After having sex with my partner, I no longer even for one second think of porn, while my previous streak I would have extreme chaser effects that I would have to fight hard to avoid relapsing. So that simply means I was in no position to even have orgasms, even with a real woman. So it really depends on your state of mind and how well you know yourself IMO. As for me I have personally tested this a few days ago, I "masturbated" and didn't approach anywhere near orgasm (I was testing my premature ejaculation problem but that's another story)...and I didn't feel any urge whatsoever to orgasm/fantasize etc. I am undecided if I will reintroduce masturbation for my specific problem (premature ejaculation) but one things for sure I will only do it this time if I am 10000% sure I can handle it, and if I even get a faint feeling of relapse I will stop immediately. Honestly probably meditation has helped me a lot with being more in tune with my feelings on this matter. So basically after all of that, what it means is masturbation CAN be healthy and doctors are not wrong per se...There's way more nuance. What I do find fault with doctors is how they are totally ignorant for the most part about the problem of internet porn addiction, and I have read enough stories to know many doctors are jackasses about it and totally dismiss it even if we try to educate them on it. Probably there's a generational issue here too. By the way I just want to make clear I am basically in 100% agreement with you on the overall subject. What I am talking about is simply those of us who are "educated" about how terrible this problem is and try to disassociate sex/orgasm and even...masturbation (the few of us who are brave enough to try) from porn/fantasies.
You're taking shit out of context on purpose. I've never heard any doctor says porn is healthy. Only masturbation. Masturbation doesn't require you consuming hours of porn per day. Again - porn can be addictive, but fact is, most people watched/watch it and masturbate, yet they're perfectly healthy and functioning members of society. Addiction is not something that is bound to happen if you just watch it. Your addiction is partially your fault, yes. You better own up to it and realize it. We had a decision - either spend hours a day watching porn until we're in too deep, or do something more productive. Unfortunately, we didn't pick the latter, and here we are today.
Whatever man. I'm not blaming anyone here..juust I wish any young man see my advice and don't listen to his doctor which will tell him to fap (and he know he's gonna fap to porn).
Fap is never ok or have it in moderation I didnt fap half a year, look I'm not dead, there are natural ways of release its either nocturnal emission or sex in moderation. There is no masterbation in moderation, its a lie, harmlessness theories of masterbation brainwash many in this section to the point of reasoning it to give it an excuse for relapsing to masterbation, there is no "healthy way of relapsing" its just you fap and thats what we call relapse, plain and simple, some will argue this and give many bullshit reason for their shitty masterbation in moderation or self induce sexual activity mideration, shame on you, there is natural way of release wet dreams or sex, M just destroys health it destroys kidney fuclnction and give spike in dopamine, wake up, stay clean don't relapse you can do it!!
A young male is going to release his pent up sexual urges eventually, one way or another, regardless of what his doctor says to him. I've also never once in my life have been told to masturbate, I was just told one time that there's nothing wrong with that, but was never recommended. I was already masturbating regularly, but didn't go extreme until 2-3 years later once I grew up and my urges turned to more than just the urge to have sex and ejaculate. During these 2-3 years I had entire days that I didn't masturbate nor watched porn. It wasn't a priority and I had other stuff to do. Blaming your addiction on a doctor who dared to say that masturbation is not a bad thing for your health(which inherently it isn't)is pretty fucking ridiculous. Your family doctor got nothing to gain from lying to you about masturbation. Because even on the off-chance that you'd become an addict you're still going to be referred to a Urologist/Gynecologist if you'd experience any physical issues as a result of your addiction.
Btw this "releasing his pent up sexual energy " is the most ridiculous load of shit I ever heared . It is not like your penis is hard and refuses to go down no matter what..that can't happen to you even if you are hulk and you swallow a stack of viag*a unless thers sexual stimulation . You can play sports or fast. And anyways it's gonna come out in wet dreams.
??? You've got some serious talent when it comes to completely misunderstanding things. Yes, teenagers who go through puberty become curious and are exposed to sexual content, sometimes without even trying to find it. Curiousty rises, they discover sexuality and urges start to kick in. Eventually, the absolute majority of them end up masturbating as a way of releasing that pent up sexual tension. And then a portion of them(us) ends up abusing it and uses it as a gateaway drug. Of course, you're not going to suddenly pop a boner without a reason. But almost every teen ends up being exposed to sexual content that creates some sexual stimulation. It's human nature. That being said, obviously addicts shouldn't fap and should indefinitely quit porn and masturbation because if they don't they're very likely to be pulled back into that vortex of never-ending suffering and damage to both their genitals and minds.
