Keep trying.

(meeting people, having friends, being social, building something in your life) you can get into trouble. You not watching porn and masturbating for no reason. Your body has a reason why you do it and it is medicating something deeper within. You must address the issue when you stop porn and masturbation together.

If I can not address the issue at that moment I would keep masturbating (but without porn) to release emotional tension and pain. And at the same time I would try to put my life on track! Ask anything you want.

Of course, there are healthy ways how to address the emotional pain within but we haven't learned them yet. Could be meditation, positive self-talk to your fragmented sub-personalities, meeting good friends and doing something valuable and nice, doing some acts of altruism, your mind could learn slowly to generate happiness and fulfillment from it to overcome even masturbation and not to miss it.

Thanks for the support. I am doing quite poor, I lost all motivation from bad results, so I am picking all the pieces back and putting that together and want to try again. But at least I am reading books daily, so training my prefrontal cortex for this and keeping at least some discipline in something.

Do what you can. Start where you are. You will improve with consistent effort. Slipping and even falling doesn't have to be stopping. Persevere in adopting better habits like the reading. And hang in there without being too hard on yourself.

Lion's life is full of fight and never give up attitude. The lion had to go to the doctor with a chest pain which has started on my previous 50 days attempt. Fortunately, I am healthy which gives me new strength to start slowly back again. I also have some new venture in my life so spending time with that as well. Thanks for your interest.

Thanks, guys for all your support. I had a hard time, had to go to the doctor with my chest pain, I had very hard emotional times but I am still here, strong. Even though I am concentrating on other things in life now, they eventually will help me to get rid of porn and masturbation from my life.

Yesterday I have been in the gym and been in the spa section. Been in sauna couple of times, steam room couple of times, in the small pool with an 11 degrees (Celsius) water, I never thought I will be able to go into that little pool as water is feeling like freezing cold. I have managed to go to a steam room and then immerse myself (up to the head) into that little deep pool.

It is just a little hole like 150 x 150 cm and 170cm deep for one person with a 10-11 degrees water in it. I have also managed to stay there once for nearly 3 minutes. I want to battle my depression by exposing to cold. I am very proud of myself for this.

I do cold showers already like 11 months but they are not so cold as this pool and also being under the shower and being in the pool where water is touching every part of your body in the same time is a huge difference. Before I was visiting this gym for a full year and haven't been able to go into that little pool even once as I found that water freezing cold.

The universe is testing my character as pains and depression I am experiencing are beyond my capabilities. I feel so bad about myself that I am losing myself in this fight. I don't believe in any good future for me at this moment and I walk blindly every day believing in a huge mind shift later (my brain affects the opinion about myself). But I am staying strong, humble and proud.

you are winning. You are making a good future for yourself now. It might be an emotional fight the next weeks

Many people are talking about wet dreams like something bad and that they don't know if they "relapsed" I personally embrace the idea of the wet dream and I actually want it as I haven't experienced it for 2 decades. I find it so natural to experience some pleasure in the dream without actually consciously relapsing.

Perhaps it is destined. :)
