I’m 61 days PMO free and have recently been having dreams where I masturbate, sometimes to porn and sometimes not, and orgasm (not in reality) and actually become depressed after I do so in my dream. I wake up relieved I haven’t relapsed and that it was all a dream, but I’m still concerned. It’s been happening every other day and I’m worried this is going to happen more and more.
Its a common occurrence when rebooting, nothing to worry about. But if it really bothers you that much you could look into lucid dreaming and learn to stop them.
