Great! If you do it constantly your brain will re wired positively, I used to have porn blockers but went I learned this technique I don’t have need for that, I don’t even have urges to PM. Find something to replace that habit, something that gives you pleasure, like exercise dancing reading books or meditation or whatever you like! Good luck mate!
If you want to never relapse again you absolutely have to quit other damaging habits, and start new healthy ones as well. Do this consistently and you’ll build enough discipline to never relapse again (Probably).
Remember why you want to do it. All of my relapses and bad habits are due to me forgetting about why they're bad for me. Write a list of reasons to do nofap and every time you feel an urge read it. You will try to rationalise to yourself why nofap isn't even that good and you should go back to porn but these tips will help you overcome the rationalisation.
