I just really want to get 'this' off me, so keep reading will you? I'm trying to be better, to reach the person I look forward to which is myself. but I feel that this is hard. Trying new options is great, but generally, quitting porn addiction is not that easy. I keep on trying, yes I often act on my temptation, but my optimism to keep on trying (hoping to change) stays. I hope I'm not alone, and that there's someone who's on the same page as me. Let us try to pick up new a healthy habit and REPLACE it with your current bad habit.
