If there are people in your life who you have no choice but to deal with on a daily basis but they're always hostile towards you and disrespect you constantly, what would you do to get rid of any feelings of anger and hate that develops as a result? I noticed today the urges to pmo were stronger than usual, I'm sure it's connected to me being angry and my emotional balance being thrown off. I meditate on a daily basis, I try to focus on myself and be productive but it's very difficult with this lingering hate and anger, I don't want them to be in my head this much either, they don't deserve it. What can I do to let go of this anger?
