Two weeks ago, I failed after 39 days without PMO. Since then, I can't find motivation again. It's worth than before... I know how life was without PMO and it was amazing, but even with that in mind, it's hard to find get back on track! Any advice ?
Something that helped me finally get over 30 days was understanding that I'm in control of my hands. It's my hands that are initiating the physical aspect of relapse. It's really as simple as that. Doing literally ANYTHING else besides looking at women will help as well. For me, I had to do other unhealthy habits first before I really started to avoid the bad habit of staring at pics of women. Now my goal is to replace my unhealthy habits (that don't include women) with healthier ones.
