Dears, Hello I've been PMOing for the past 14 years since i was 10 years old. 14 years of PMO left me with premature ejaculation, I can control my orgasm only if I stop touching my self and this leaves me worried about the future. I don't know if by only staying away from PMO I will recover and my sexual health will return to me or not? I'd appreciate your experience and thoughts. I can't stop thinking about this and getting my sexual health back is very important. Thank you. P.S: I have posted this in off topic discussions since I don't know where to post it.
