I'm looking to read a self-improvement book and I found this book called PMOHckBook. It's on the web as a pdf and it's about how to quit PMO. My question is should I read this book even though I'm past my 90 day streak? I hope to learn from those who have read this book and maybe others as well.
I don't know that book. But it doesn't take long to flip through a book. And if its free, then you are only investing a small amount of time. If its free, then download it and browse through it. Look at the Table of Contents and scroll through any parts you find interesting. If you like it, then you have found good value. If you don't like it, you have only lost a few minutes.
