I do pretty well during the week. Busy, work, errand running, etc. I get to the weekend and I want that stress reducer, excitement and relaxation. I either relapse or struggle mightily to get through. I could maybe benefit from some fresh ideas or fresh reminders on how to deal with this weekend issue when trying to abstain. I’ve had really long streaks before (71 is longest) but lately can’t seem to get past two weeks. Any help is incredibly appreciated.
