Today i woke on an emptay stomch checking my weight... I lost a kilo! ... Success... always success folks! And my new diet is :- - meal one : small palm-sized whole wheat bread + some liver or two eggs + black coffee. - meal two : chicken noodles cup. - meal three : an apple. - meal four : strawberry flavoured greek yogurt. - meal five : one nestle cornflakes bar.
I need to buy a whole new set of pants and shorts because they are WAY too loose. They drop straight down to the floor if I try to put them on. And I’m not stopping there. I’m going to keep on this train.
