Day 1 Feeling good. Had a good day with my favorite start, coffee and croissant. And I had a productive day, at home, but productive. No difficulties in sleeping.

Day 2 I had the same breakfast and I do think coffee can help with NoFap because it sets a good mood but you must know the right dose. No urges. I watched a movie (Deep End) for the first time in a long time (can't watch any at home since cinemas closed), I'm glad. My night was not so good. I want to close the week-end with 3 days off PMO.
Day 4 Though I went to work, I felt pretty bad and depressed. I had to take 3 damn coffees and it wasn't until I took off that I felt good. Very light urges.
Keep going. It's when you feel bad that the temptation will creep in. Push the urges out and remember what you are doing this for and how you will feel after you relapse. Remember that we are all here for you, and we want you to succeed. KEEP GOING.
