Great man! I do Pull up , Push up , Squat and some abs exercise. So before I do this bodyweight exercise I did powerlifting and now I just have no time to go gym, so sad.
I don't do much (= nowhere near enough) exercise, but one of the few things I do do probably (?) comes under the heading 'body weight training'. It's from a website called DareBee, they have tons of cool stuff, all FOC too. I use it especially on days when I can't do my 'proper' stuff, for reasons of time, weather, travel, etc.
Yeah I do exercise in the early morning and I also do intermittent fasting it's really help me maintain the bodyweight.
Calisthenics are a part of my routine but heavy barbell movements make up the bulk. Chinups are still useful, but pushups do fuck all at this point.
Yup. It’s the foundation of my programs. Also occasionally mix in some kettlebells and resistance bands.

outside of martial arts and walking, thats all I do. pushups, various situps, squats, lunges, pullups, bear crawls, bands and a couple exercises I dont know the names to.
