What has happened? Not feeling good today? Who tells you if you feel great or not great at all? Your mind? Just relax. You will feel fine very soon. Maybe a little trick helps: look in a mirror and smile. Just smile.
For another trick, you can stand by the mirror in victory, seeing yourself like you will be when you finish your 90 day goal. Give it a few minutes with fists raised, pumping the air in a victory dance. It also helps to write about your successes. Even the annoying things that happen are successes if we come through without a relapse. Tell your story.

But guys, do you guys have some tips for how I can concentrate back on my schoolwork and other things. I can't concentrate anymore on school without crying, the only thing keeping me alive is the TV and this forum. I have tons of work waiting for me but I really can't concentrate.
And decided to fast because or else I'm going to binge eat my pain away. Also for many other reasons. Anyway also wanted to say you guys are the best, if I didn't have this forum it would've really gone south with me. It is like having a second family that supports you.
44 days man! Awesome! Keep pushing! You're one day off from half way and that's a real accomplishment. From what I remember of school life, the hardest thing about getting your school work done was actually starting it. A paper for example - you're dreading doing it, but when you finally sit down and start typing that's the hardest step completed. Bite your lip and take the plunge. It's like getting into a cold pool. It sucks, but once you duck your head, its smooth sailing there on out.
