I need tips to resist the fucking withdrawal symptoms this is mine: -Brain Fog -Fatigue -Feel so much tired -Bad thoughts -No motivation -My brain always trying to bring me down with pmo. ... Somebody have a nice tip????
Keep yourself busy and make a list of things you want to accomplish in life anytime you feel like you might be slipping look at the list and remember that you want accomplish any of it if you don’t resist. It’s a long journey stay the course I’m 332 days hard mode and still flatlining.
Start of your day by making schedule planner for whole day which will include 1.)Some serious exercises 2.)1hour reading/hearing about benefits of continence 3.)keep some higher for yourself be it in physical/material/spiritual aspects 4.)see how u can work on achieving those goals by focusing day by day 5)Have a balance diet/water intake include this also in your timetable
