I was playing a game on my xbox called assassins creed Origins and when i was in thhe game i saw a npc just walking around showing her boobs, nothing eles. I didnt look long, i looked away immediatly. But when i saw them i felt like my heart stoped for like a second... Do you guys think this is a relapse?
Not a relapse but can lead to one. This happens to me. I avoid TV, newspapers, magazines, girls in public, anything that can be a trigger. If i come across something that grabs my attention the wrong way, i look away immediately.
It's critical to know you're triggers and redirect right away. I can't even play multi-player FPS because the reward cycle for the brain (at least for me) is too similar to PMO and it will elevate my urges.
