What helped most was keeping myself busy and away from my digital devices, as working individual coming late from work and go straight for bed was helpful. What helped most was as they say "Keep your feelings in check" I just consciously check my feelings from time to time. I think this helped me most for the past week. Just stop. And think. What's the feeling i have now. It's not necessary to be an urge you are checking. Just think about your feelings, think how do you feel, acknowledge what you are feeling and keep doing what you do. Stay golden!
