Actually I have found it easiest to nofap on breaks. That is always when I have had my longest streaks. If you make it to day 5 you will become Godlike, I promise.
Rule 1: Don't touch it Rule 2: If you're thinking about touching it, don't touch it. Rule 3: See rules 1 & 2 Its gonna be really tough mate, I'm not gonna lie, but if you put your mind to it, you can unwire this addiction. Think positive! Also, when a triggering thought or temptation enters your mind, acknowledge it and move on. Don't punish yourself or dwell on it. Just let it go and continue working on whatever task you were doing. Eventually it will go away. This will happen multiple times a day, but the more you use this method, the more automatic it will become. I know you can do this! You're gonna set a new personal record! I hear ya man. Spring break = more free time and that can be a bad thing. But I've decided to keep myself busy. I'm tiling my kitchen floor this week! Maybe you can find a fun project that will keep you busy also! Use the energy that you would be wasting if you fapped to do something positive and meaningful.
