The biggest difference I've noticed (aside from not craving porn anymore) is a lot less lethargy/more drive to accomplish things. I also enjoy everyday activities more :)
As an addendum, I've noticed that my journal has shifted from being mostly about PMO-related things to more of a general status report on my relationship/life. I still journal about my issues with PE or ED, but PMO cravings and the sweaty detox posts have pretty much evaporated :)
