Day 1

Day 1, Yesterday When I watched the flicks after while on a streak of 6 day, I didn't feel that it was satisfying it was a big realisation.

Day 6 Completed, Heading to day 7 <3 Keep ignoring the urges that's the best thing, don't allow them to control you!

Still alive, done many streaks currently on day 5 again.

Day 5 today. Feeling good urges are attacking but can control them, love reading posting. Keep strong and carry on!

Currently day 3 again, still doing NoFap just not as active on here, don't see the need to show people updates about the addiction.

it's been 7 days! wooo haven't done this for a long time, feeling great!!

Time to do things correctly and sort this out once and for all! Day 1!

I am back after 50 days, I wish I could say woo yea made it, but nope! So I am back and ready to start it again probably! No messing about!

Day 1.

Time for a fresh beginning going to get 30 days this time no matter what hate this addiction. "(Future note) Relapsing is not worth it!"

Restarting, realised the real cause lack of social life. Never drink alone.

Day 23, had to go gym to kill an urge, then going to have cold shower, Recently not been feeling the best :/

22 days, woo, mental urges are on the attack side, need to do more stuff with my life, so they go away.

Day fucking 21! My Best so far! 9 Till 30 I can doing this!

Day 20 again! Last Record was 21! So close! Time to carry on!

Day 19! Just been working on my business today, made good progress. Removed P Blocker for discipline.

Day 18, I feel like I have no discipline with a filter on, should I remove it and so I can truly discipline my self ?

Day 18 was a great day, time to carry on feeling a bit better recently
