I loved Alex Rhodes' interview with CNN. speaking truth that so many people need on a taboo topic with bravery. He talked about internet porn being addictive because that's how it's designed. It's a Christian book, FWIW, but Surfing for God by Michael John Cusick also says internet porn is addictive because it releases dopamine, which gives the feel of a chemical high.
