HELP!!! Death Grip Weaken my vein on my top left lap

Please help me,,, went on hard mode 50 days nothing change,, it only cure my ED, but the tingling feelings i have on my upper right thigh make me cum asap as i penetrate,, even after Cumming I still have weak vein feeling like I will still cum earlier all over and over again,,, am very confuse now as what to do.. very confuse ☹☹
