How do I fall into a proper daily routine that I can stay committed to? How much exactly does getting up early really help? Would enjoy hearing feedback, thanks.
Sleeping at the same time everday and waking up at the same time everyday. Personally i like waking up when there is daylight because it stimulates your melatonin sleep / wake cycle and should help out quite a bit in sticking to the schedule. Waking up early only helped me when i scheduled tasks in that timeframe (5AM-8AM) - otherwise it is easy to do nothing and procrastinate.
